About Booking
There are three private rooms for our services. The Quiet Cave has a 1-3 person IR sauna combined with salt-therapy and a red-light therapy panel. The Zen Den for 1 or 2 people has an infrared sauna dome you lay under and a red-light therapy table. The Ocean Room has a 1–4 person infrared sauna with a moist salt mist, a cold plunge with aromatherapy, and a red-light therapy table. Pricing and availability vary between the rooms, so check all three and look for the "intro" in the rooms if this is your first visit. The rooms are private for you and any of your guests.
