Get the most from a HaloIR session beginning with an invigorating dry brush technique designed to stimulate lymph drainage, exfoliate, and prepare your skin for a 45 minute+ sauna session. We finish with 10-minute warm towel massage with application of beneficial oils to nourish the skin, muscles and joints- leaving you completely restored.
