Service Description

Todd offers lots of personal attention in his customizable yoga classes depending on your goals and desires. Trained in Vinyasa Yoga, but tempered with a therapeutic "Viniyoga" style, you will be offered options to ramp up your practice or take it easier on any given day. Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7am in the community room at Mandala "underground." Reservation required to reserve your spot. The price is favorable at only $10 a class!
