Service Description

Todd offers lots of personal attention in his customizable yoga classes depending on your goals and desires. Trained in Vinyasa Yoga, but tempered with a therapeutic "Viniyoga" style, you will be offered options to ramp up your practice or take it easier on any given day. Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:45am in the community room at Mandala "underground." Reservation required to reserve your spot. The price is favorable at only $20 or $15 a class.
